We are pleased to offer custom made slips. Made of the highest quality nylon and charmeuse satin featuring a 4" same color lace row around the hem. We offer these in both full and half slip styles.
We also offer our slips cut and sewn for men, though basically the same garment, men's slips feature straps sewn closer together in the back and a slightly different body cut. The cups are the same as our womens.
To measure yourself for our slips you'll need a soft tape measure, usually called a seamstress, sewing or tailors tape. Most fabric stores carry these, many grocery and drug stores as well. All measurements should be slightly loose, do not try to bind the tape tightly to your body. With this in hand, do this...
- To determine the basic size of the slip, take the measurement around your chest at the breasts, men you can measure your waist unless you wear a bra, then do as the ladies do.
- To determine the length of the slip, measure from the top of your shoulder to where you want the bottom of the slip to be. I find it helpful to place the tape measure on my shoulder with a piece of adhesive tape and look in a mirror. Choose the nearest length below.
- Last, take a measurement around your hips (bottom) at it's widest point and be sure to include this in the form below. Enjoy.
